I wondered how thin those Wooly shirts were. They sounded almost like Smartwool thinness.

I assume the Twizel-70's-Flashback will be equally thin, but with all those wacky stripes, man, hopefully no-one will notice.

Flute, oboe, drums, guitar, tenor sax, mandolin. We could make beautiful music together...

('cept I only have two of those instruments now, and a very old beat-to-heck pair of drumsticks.)

That's ok, cuz I'll have WOOL to wear to keep me warm on my way to the poorhouse, and a song in my heart! La la la LAAAA.

    Good Morning All:

Long Time Member - Long Time Gone!.....but I'm back now (kinda) and ya'll have made me accept my wool denial and come out of the woolwork so to speak. I was first introduced to Smart Wools by a cute REI guy (oh yeah...like cute mattered!!! ) Feel in Love with them, bought more - then introduced some friends to wool so I wouldn't be all alone. Now I'm knitting/crocheting my own wool socks because I can get better yarn colours than I can buy!

My name is Kathie and I'm addicted to wool.

(good to see all of you again!!! darn but I missed ya'll)

Kathie!!! I have missed you and your posts, girl!

    To keep this on topic:
Last week I just bagged the Smartwool Synergy pullover on steepandcheap.com and it arrived over the weekend. I was a bit worried about it being a 60 wool/40 nylon blend. But, thankfully they know what they're doing and they have the wool on the inside and synthetic outside. I lurves the feeling of wool on my skin!

Bubba and I both fell for wool jerseys yesterday at the Handmade Bike Show. They feel so yummy.

Bubba bought a black jersey with black arm warmers from the new tres chic company Rapha.

    Descente Retro wool jersey

I found this red merino wool jersey for my sweet BF on clearance at REI. So soft, looks so good on him...I made him put it on BEFORE we got out of bed on Sunday hee-hee!

Cruising perilously through the Ibex sale stuff.

The Shak jersey. Anyone have it? Fit similarly to the Zephyr? They both are available in persimmon. Of course, the men's zephy is availablein red mape. What is with the gender/color thing?

Actually I love purple, but the pale blue thang just doesn't do it for me. Or gray green or mauve or . . .

Red, red, red. Royal blue is good. Forest green. Just save me from the grayed/heathered hues and the pastels.
