I figured on my ride weekend before last I probably burned something like 4000 calories and took in maybe 1300-1400, which means I had a viscious deficit that haunted me for days. Unlike you, however, I haven't lost any weight. Haven't gained any, but haven't lost any. But I'm hungry all the time.
