    Brand new to biking

Another Newbie here. I have been biking for 4 days now and I am starting to feel more comfortable. I found TE yesterday by sure good luck. I am a 37 year old SAHM of 3, wife, and I am owned by a cat.
I am looking forward to learning a lot about the world of biking and how to work my way up to longer distance biking. As I mentioned, I am brand new to biking. The boys and my husband went out one day and came home with a Giant Suede for me to learn on. So, here I am ready to learn and meet other bikers and someday work my way up to a racing bike (I have no idea what type, I have a ways to go before that leap).
Anyway, I am glad to be here.

I'm impressed that you can find time to ride with 3 young kids. I was always finding excuses when my girls were little (they're 20 and 22 now), and even with an 8 year old at home, it's hard to ride every day. Good for you both!!

Thank you for the welcome Brandy! I have 3 boys: my oldest is almost 14, and the twins are almost 12.
