Soubnds like you got one like mine. I've never been able to find anything I liked better. You think that's hard- sit on a Brooks or Zero X sometime! Suddenly the Vitesse seems cushy!

Yep. And if I'd done the ride on the Butterfly, I would have at least one saddle sore now.
My first ride on the Vitesse was 25 miles and I was 100 percent fine afterward. Nothing chafed, nothing sore.

The reason I chose the Vitesse was because I loved the feel of the Brooks Team Pro, but it is a tiny bit too narrow (my sit bones are on the rivets) and it has such limited fore-aft adjustability that I couldn't get it far enough back on my bike. That test made me think that maybe a harder saddle would be a better choice. But I never rode the Team Pro further than 15 miles. Now I am glad!
My husband likes the Vitesse enough that I think he might wind up with an Aliante, or whatever the men's version is called.
My understanding is that the 2007 Hp Twin Flex can now be ordered by any LBS. No one seems to have them in stock. I'm really hoping I love the saddle.
I found a LBS that carries the vitesse. They only have 1. it is $89. Ti, to go on sale. I may have missunderstood. Is it the gel saddle that is more comfortable ? This one is the leather cover. I am doing my longest ride ever next weekend. Tehk trek saddle is ok till you get up on mileage. Is the leather cover ti model comfortable or no? I am too inexperienced. Want to geiv myself every advantage i can.
Ok, found a store that sells the vitesse ti and the vitesse gel. Anyone tried both? Don't know which one to get. one is about 90 and the other about 110. Expesive store. One is leather covered and the other a vinyl
Anyone tried the terry falcon or the terry zero?
I have an Aliente- does not work for me. While it has a good shape and is wide enough in the sit bone area, the issue I have with it is that after 75 kms the nose area causes me numbness (I have it on a road bike). Other than that it is a relatively comfortable firm saddle (for me anyways). I am looking at the Vitess HP since that one apparently has a different nose, and a flex. Am about to sell it.
