OT: That Pina Colada Song

No... not yet. It will be fine tomorrow. I'm putting on a brand new one. It's one of those things I've never done. Putting it on looks simple. It's connecting the cables...Oh and taking off my leather bar tape... mostly I'm kind of enjoying puttering around the house and yard. Maybe I'll make cookies to bring tomorrow. I'm sure we can get Jo to carry them for us.

We bought new backyard furniture today and finally got a gas grill! Talk about thread drift.

Well, super cool. Now that it is nice out, it's great to get your yard all set.

We're puttering around waiting for my brother in law to get here to go into the city. Such a nice day. Spent the morning at my friend's in Martinez admiring the mini horses. I'm still not used to it actually being nice out. I feel llike I am emerging from some sort of abusive relationship and if I do something wrong, the rain will come back...

Are you planning on going to the summit tomorrow? I'm bringing a third water bottle - just in case I get the urge. It might be nice to just roll across part of the valley if the wildflowers look good.

Part of me wants to climb it - just 'cause I stopped at Windy Gap on DMD. You know that get back on your horse after you fall thing. But it's also appealing to just do 60 miles and kick back and have pizza with my friends after.

Last year we did so many rides together as a group - I miss it.

I am thinking just through the valley and part way is good. I've done this ride plenty - I just want to have fun. music's great at ka-boom by the way! sunny in the city!
