Oh - that looks like fun! Hard work, though. Water bottle might be necessary. The lake water sure isn't drinkable. They've closed a lot of the beaches on the Wisconsin side of the lake.

Mukluk is to Pugsly as Salsa is to Surly. I believe the Pugsly is steel, while the Mukluks are aluminum or titanium. There are lots of fatbike models around, now, but I think the Surly Pugsly may have been sort of the first one. We have a company near us (616) that also makes a fatbike. They even have a fatbike tandem!![]()

LOVE my Mukluk. You can ride them anywhere you want. No need to wait for winter or the beach. One of the most comfortable bikes I have. Not the fastest or the most agile, but tons of fun and goes over everything.
