I have this one and I love it. Super comfy, it doesn't get caught on my seat, and it's even pretty cute! I wore it on an 84 mile ride and found the chamois very comfortable and the waistband didn't cause me any problems. I am not super concerned with aerodynamics and speed, just riding as long as I can and having fun. Probably if you were worried about time/speed etc, a skort would cause more drag, but if you are just wanting something comfortable - both on and off the bike - I highly recommend them.

I also have one of the Novara skorts (REI brand) and it is pretty good, too. Not quite as comfy as the Castelli, but I did wear it for a 60+ mile ride and it did just fine.
