Just wondering how many days in a row do you exercise/workout? I pretty much do something fairly active everyday (bike, run, hike, etc). I always have the best intention to take a day off or an acitve recovery day to rest a little but then feel guilty and go do something that gets my HR up and my legs working. Maybe I should try to get back into some strength training..although I injured my shoulder a month ago and it still hurts a bit. I guess I am just addicted to cardio type of exercises. I guess it could be worse...I could be addicted to chocolate. Oh wait a minute
