    I've had luck using Wet Ones to get chain grease off me and my clothes.

    Not sure if the product Swarfega is used in the US but car mechanics etc use it and I know an old boyfriend of mine use to add sand.

    SO, my recipe is similar, I use washing up liquid and sugar and it comes off quite easily.

    Hmmmm, this could be the first time I have posted something of use!
