It's getting much colder and windier here, and I am a wuss about being cold. I really WANT to ride my bike but when I get outside I just can't do it. I want to stay in shape over the winter, but riding my bike is really the first exercise I've ever been able to stick with and follow through.
I have some big goals next year and don't want to have to start over with my fitness. I'm planning to get a trainer (although I haven't decided what kind yet, and I know there are lots of threads on the topic) but I was just wondering what every one is going to do for their winter fitness plan?
How are you going to exercise? How are you planning to stay motivated, or am I the only one who just wants to curl up with a big bowl of soup and a book all winter??
