Ooo how fun! I'll log my miles when I get home (it's only been a little over 2 weeks but I already have over 100 miles in!!).

I vote for being completely unproductive at work!

I don't need any encouragement to be unproductive!

would love to participate on the team TE mileage race, but honest....I don't want another Internet forum to my list. Gotta control my recreational Internet chat time. As soon as I subscribe to a forum, I get curious and distracted.

it's easy to ignore the BJ forum, because it is so unwieldy. I don't mean that the threads aren't interesting or fun; they are; but it's so hard to get around that forum, i find it's easier to stay away most the time. However, their JOURNAL is excellent.

You can log them all in bulk if you want.

I dutifully (anally?) record my miles and am on track for my biggest year so far.

I never go to their forums but I love being able to track the wear on my different bicycle components.

All right, already! I forgot about the TE part. I"ve just been recording my miles on a calendar when I get home. Easy, fast. BJ is fine, but logging in miles is a pain. So, what I'll do is log in miles-bulk. I'll not separate the two bikes I ride- one is my climbing bike which I use occasionally and the other is my main bike which I ride most of the time. I don't have elevation stuff altho I don't think that matters, right?

Anyway, I ride about 150 miles/week so that should help our little team get ahead!

    Thanks for the reminder.

I do read the Forum threads and occasionally write a new one myself especially if I"m leading a local climb or ride and want to tell others in the area. But, I'm picky as to which ones I pay attention to.

I've been logging mine all year long, with due credit to TE! 1800 miles so far and a goal of another 400 before year-end.

Well, that makes my life much easier. I also log my miles daily but I was using a basic Excel spreadsheet. I just looked at my log and I have 3,619 miles since March 31st - the day I started riding my new Madone. Now I have to find my other log for my old Trek - with my mileage from January to the end of March so I can add the two totals and plug it into the bike journal log.

Slantz wrote the forum himself vs using an existing forum software. I would gone a different route.
But, it appears to be down now.....

Ok, got my miles from the last couple weeks logged. 110 miles since Sept. 5th! No wonder my legs hurt all the time.

Ouch, is that the 100 mile ride? I can't manage much past 20 miles at a time right now. Maybe next year!

110 Saturday, 101 Sunday, as hilly as they can find.

Going to be my first time. I'm over being scared. Yeah right.
