I am very pleased. The arms look good, but I like the subtle difference in the hips and thighs. That's where I carry my weight, so presented with changes I can really see is cool and will help keep me motivated through teh fall and winter.
I never thought I could get so buff. Even when I was riding five times as much (yes, literally) I didn't look like this. Of course it's not a look for everyone. I'll never be little so I'll take buff instead.

An inspiration, indeed. You look great! I just started with weights yesterday, and oh boy am I hurting today. Good to know progress is possible.
Inspirational transformation. Thanks for posting! When I read the title of the post, it made me think how I recently have looked back at my riding stats for his year and compared to last year and the difference is almost laughable. The biggest difference in my body is in my butt. Much smaller!
Keep up the good work Veronica. YOU GO GIRL!!!

V - You look great!! Always inspirational. And I'm with you, I can ride my bike til the cows come home and it doesn't make me look cut. It might even make me a bit puffy. But some diet changes, running and strength training make a huge difference.
