Marmite and vegemite both yeast products... marmite bad... vegemite good

If you're a yeast freak like me then try a fresh bread sandwich (has to really fresh and soft and pref white) with a little olivani, butter or whatever you use... a healthy spread of vegemite and then sprinkled with Brufax (this is a flaked yeast as opposed to powdered or grains)

OK - am I the only one, who at age three, tasted coffee and LOVED it? I used to snitch sips from my mom's cup when she wasn't looking. I still love it - it was my crutch when I quit smoking 12 year ago.

Ok, I thought and thought about this and honestly, I can't think of anything I won't eat. Although, for the most part I eat healthy, I am a walking garbage disposal!

Grandad used to give me spoonfuls of coffee from his cup when I was very little - heavy on the cream and sugar! It's such a fond memory, I've experience total olfactory bliss when I smell coffee! Too bad I can't drink it anymore - now I'm totally a tea drinker. Ah, tea!!!

Funny topic for me ... there are VERY few things I won't eat ... and those things are pretty extreme: tripe, sweetbreads, tongue. Gross, huh? I was one of those rare kids who actually liked almost everything; and if I didn't like something, I didn't like not liking it ... so I'd keep trying it until I eventually learned to like it. Tomato aspic is one thing I couldn't handle, but I haven't tried it since I was a kid, so can't say how I'd react now. We were in Scotland for my 10th birthday and I requested hagis (sp?). Not so sure I'd eat it now. And I remember going to a Greek restaurant when I was about 12 and ordering octopus. My mom looked at me and said, "are you sure?" I was; don't think I loved it, but I ate it. If I had to say the things I'm least likely to eat now, it's the most processed stuff: cool whip, twinkies, traditional frozen entrees (although I do love Stouffers mac & cheese ). Gotta say, I love food and enjoy almost all of it. A blessing and a curse.
