    Eden - That's great feedback. Thank you!

    Sheila's britches always have a reinforced seat panel for urban riding. (Think messengers.) In most years, it's been a "tonal" fabric, so it blends. On her houndstooth, she's using a solid panel by necessity.

    What do others think?

    I got the idea for having something more hard wearing on the seat, but I doubt I'd ever wear anything that makes me look like I sat in something or worse... my vote is back to a better match. I would guess that the tougher stuff is very limited in color selection, but even a close brown would probably be preferable.
