    ear pops....

My sister gave them to me a couple of years ago. I thought she had gotten them directly from the Gore-Tex website....

I have seen other brands of ear-pops, but they are NOT wind-proof...

I will see if she remembers where she got them and let you know....

Great topic! I am getting some excellant ideas! I use my cross-country ski gloves, the castelli windproof booties that they sell at team estrogen-they work for me as my feet tend to run warm.

I have a windstopper hat with ear flaps-I got this through Colorado Cyclist-I think it is made by Castelli.

For shirts I wear a craft t-shirt, a mock zip turtleneck made by Eastern Mountain Sports, arm warmers, a windblock vest (currently on clearance for $20 on www.campmor.com : it is made by Pearl Izumi...look under bicycling then go to hot deals), a goretex jacket from www.performancebike.com. Over the years I ended up getting most of my gear as x-mas gifts, b-day gifts, and clearance sales.

    Talouse,

I took your advice and got a Craft undershirt and socks. I tried the shirt just the other day and it was very warm and comfortable. I haven't tried the socks yet. I plan to get some of those Toe Warmers. Just got a REI catalog in the mail that has them. Thanks!
