Since all of you wonderful souls here on TE have been so supportive about the loss of my past bike guardian, I thought you might like to meet my future bike watch dog.
This is Roxy. She is an 8wk old black labrador retriever. Tiny lil Roxy doesn't look like she could scare off any bike thieves at this point, though she sure did A LOTof barking in her crate last night missing her littermates
.
Roxy had fun checking out her toy supply and new home yesterday.
Then Roxy decided it was time to pass out on the patio for a nap.
I have my happy smiling moments about my yellow girl, and at other times, I still want to cry. But, everyone agreed that the house just was't the same without the pitter patter of paws. Nothing could take the place my yellow girl holds in my heart. I'm sure in time, Roxy will hold a special spot of her own.
Now, we just have to work on that big dog bike protection bark. Thanks for letting me share
