I think I found a LBS that will let me try a few bikes. I don't really know many road bikers since I'm new to the area and I realize that borrowing a road bike is like borrowing a child (or even more traumatic) in some cases.

I wish the LBS was open later. I think all stores should be open until 10 pm to suit my lifestyle
