    I remember SK's moons of whatever. Funny. I'm at 104,856 for the year. Way down from prior years at this time, due to the broken shoulder. Oh well. My best year was 2005 with 306k. We are lucky with our terrain here - and we go out to the Sierras at least twice a year, sometimes more.

    My training goals for our Death Ride team are basically a 10:1000 ratio. If we have a 50 mile ride, it should have 5000 feet gain. I'm a pretty mean coach.
