    I also use a helmet mirror. I look in it very often, especially after a cyclist was killed not far from where I live. She was hit from behind.

    I wear glasses with progressive lenses. I've heard that the helmet mirrors don't work with bifocals/progressive lenses. Is this true???

    Nope. No problem at all between my helmet mirror and my progressive eyeglass lenses....AND my sunglasses that fit right over my progressive eyeglasses in addition to that! No mirror issues at all.

    I put the toe clips back on and went for a ride. I don't care for these - seemed like my feet weren't on the pedals far enough. So I took them off - again.
