Sunday... it's raining, cold, and very windy here.
Had a 12 mile walk/run scheduled. Couldn't miss it. Did my 12 miles in 2:20 at the gym. Oddly, being on the treadmill for that long never really bothered me.
Otherwise, I got my May Ironman training plan from my coach yesterday.
I am going from 10 hours a week to 15 hours a week of training. I keep reminding myself I just have to suck it up... for 4 months. Then it's all over.
