We used to have a pain clinic at my workplace (outpatient surgery recovery room) I seem to recall a few patients who were in chronic pain from injuries yet defied all predictions of not being able to return to their desk jobs by being very pro-active. What sticks in my mind is that they would set a timer of sorts (maybe on their computer even) and whenever it went off, they would get up and stretch and move, then get back to work. Probably good advice for most of us! Good luck and hang in there! Tokie
