I just noticed that the proportion of fat calories to total calories in this stuff is still pretty high (but better than real pb for sure).

    Reg PB (2 tablespoons)

    16g fat 190 cals. 1 fat gram=9 cals 9 x 16=144 144/190=
    75% of cals from fat

    PB2 (2 tablespoons)

    Calories 54.138
    Total Fat 2.84g 2.84 x 9=25.54 25.54/54.14=
47% of total cals from fat.

This will be my third walking -- I might try to crew next year. Have fun on yours!

OK... back to Peanut Butter -- or the powdered stuff, anyway!
Still OT, but I'll get us back there -- just watch... You should totally crew! We work as route safety, and it's actually a 3-Day staff member who's the 'caboose'. I rode with her for a little while last year because she seemed so lonely at the back! Her job really is to stay with the last walkers. This time, the last walkers were a group, so she was kinda by herself, so I hung out with her. What a great job.

Here goes -- did you try those amazing PEANUT BUTTER and jelly graham cracker sammies? Oh my, they're incredible!

    (See how I did that???)
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

Holy Heck Yeah those things are good! I did my first walk a few years ago from Baltimore to DC (doing my second this year in Toronto) and my Mom, her friend, and I were always hoping the next pit stop would have them. mmmm-mmmm.

This new PB sounds veeeery intriguing to me. Maybe I'll be able to try some up here one day.

I am a purest when it comes to peanut butter, fat and all. I don't like to eat fake stuff. But if i ever run into this stuff I will try it out but I will always stick to the real stuff!
