LOL, thanks Mimi - I just wanted to be part of the gang!

Hey I love the jersey you're wearing in your opera pics. So what opera did you see?

Hey kelownagirl, nice setup with your trainer! And I know how you feel after a session on a trainer! I try and go to spin classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They can be quite a workout! I guess we are all trying to get ready for the 2008 season! And as we all know it will be here before we realize! Yahoooooo!

Hi Susan! To be perfectly honest, that wasn't really a picture of me today, that was before Christmas when I first get the trainer. I was in the midst of doing the TT DVD and didn't know DH was taking a picture of me. We have a bit more room down in the basement now.

Susan, I really like the scenery. It's so scenic and peaceful there. Is that road for cyclists only?

Sundial, that is a trail. The Orting Trail and it's a very nice trail for cyclists, walkers, and an occasional inline skater. It follows the Carbon River and goes through the towns of Puyallup, Orting finally reaching South Prairie. An out and back of 15 miles so round trip 30 miles. They keep adding on to the trail. I hear it's going to continue into Buckley and eventually to Mount Rainier. Money determines how much work gets done each year.

Kelownagirl, DH (and DD & DS too) are known to snap pictures when not looking! It's a great picture! You are really into your workout! I can see you are in shape too and ready for 2008's cycling season! I wish I were in as good a shape. I'm working on it!

It looks like it's going to be another sunny but COLD day here again in the Seattle area. Right now I am getting ready to head out to Auburn Nissan for an 8 AM oil change!

What a way to spend a day off! On the positive side it shouldn't take that long, right?
