How To make an avatar

You guys are a riot! I have a feeling we're gonna see some crazy avatars coming up. Thanks for all your supportive comments on my avatar.

The balancing act was to amuse myself while I waited a VERY long time for my lunch.

Thom took another picture - that is NOT on the Internet - with the caps on my eyes.

...it was at camp. It was "teeter totter time". I went for it, and at the last minute dumped my bike and grabbed the tree... twice. I made it over the third time, and rode it clean with no hesistation the next day. It didn't hurt at all except for the laughing reallly hard part.

My girlfired goes up to that trail in Canada a lot and she"ll say, " I said hi to your tree today...".

Sorry to drag this up again ladies.
What am I doing wrong
I change my photo (image) size (using photoshop elements 3) to 100x100 pixels, try to put it as my avatar and I get the following message
"The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 10000 bytes."

Can any of you help? ... please

you may have to make it smaller resolution. Look for a save for web option.
