Red face Lunches and Spin class

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I am training for a MS 150 in September 08, so my honey and I are taking spin classes for the first time to help us do some riding over the winter months. Any ideas for good lunches and snacks to help me loose weight and train at the same time with out eating to much.

On November 1, 2007 I chose to give up all soda and sweets to help in getting my body ready for this MS ride. Todate I have not give in or waviered EVEN over the thanksgiving and christmas holiday.

If anyone has any advise that would be fab!!!

I make and big salad with whatever lettuce and veggies we have laying around, a few tangerines, and maybe a few whole raw cashews. For salad dressing I take plain white balsamic vinegar, it's delicious without any added oil...and if I really want to dress up my salad I'll take some roasted soy nuts and flax seeds to toss on top. YUM!
