uhh Em: its tough but I'm volunteering to ride your purty pink bike while your off sailing....ya know - keep it warmed up and the gears moving! It could be a hardship for me but the things I'd be willing to do for my TE friends!

I feel almost guilty to tell y'all this, but hubby and I are going to Ft. Myers Beach, FL for all of next week to sailing school! Temps are forecast to be in the mid-upper 70s every day with beautiful sunshine. If we hadn't signed up for sailing school, we'd be heading to snowy Ohio today to the in-laws for Christmas. We really lucked out on this deal!!
I won't be able to ride in Fla, unfortunately, (every minute is crammed with sailing class and practice sails), but I sure will enjoy the warmth.
Happy Holidays all!
Emily

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
I just laughed sooo hard! When you live in Michigan, what you did was second nature. I think we are born knowing, start the car, go in for one more cup of Joe before you leave!!!![iB]
I did learn something, though. When we got back to the cars, I started my engine and turned the heater. I let it warm up while I was putting my bike on the rack and changing my shoes. So it was nice and toasty for the drive home. [/B]
It's 19 degrees out right now. I have about an hour of day light and brand new Pearl Izumi AmFib tights. I think I hear my bikie calling. There is about 9 inches of snow on the ground but the streets are clear....mostly![]()
