I got a great pair of PI tights at the Trexlertown Swap Meet last weekend, but now that I think about it, what do I do with them? They don't have a chamois in them, so now what?

Most people wear cycling shorts underneath non-chamois tights.

Yes -- cycling shorts underneath. The non-chamois tights are nice b/c you can use them for other sports (running, xc skiing), as a base layer for other activities (hiking, sitting around the campfire), and if it's really cold, layer a couple of pairs of tights of different weights to get yourself through a frigid winter ride. Stacking chamois might not work so well![]()
I know it's not for everyone....but I just throw my chamois shorts on TOP of regular long tights, with no problems.![]()

Just as long as you don't wear your tights with cycling shorts on top and then underpants on top o' that, everything should work out just fine![]()
