You sound like an extremely motivated hard working gal. All the numbers you lined up for all to see proved that. If that's what you do when you Don'T feel well, imagine what you 'll do next year when you do.
I don't think running "lost" or life "lost" you've got a very full busy life and you're doing it all! sometimes parts will suffer.

    good luck

Denise! Wow! What an inspiration you are!!

You've got so much going on in life and yet you still had time to rock the race when you were feeling awful! Yay, you!! You've got some tough in you!!! (and maybe a few butterflies too )

Now, really, take a day or two of rest or pleasure - do something you thoroughly enjoy! You've totally earned every moment of it!

    Hugs and celebratory butterflies,
    ~T~
    The butterflies are within you.

    Cool FWIW- Race Pics Up...

UGH! Why oh WHY can't I just look semi decent in ONE of my race pics!

Boy howdy I think these are worse than ever! You can tell by the way I have my face screwed up in a ball that I wasn't feeling good. I think it was my "I have a headache" grimace...
UGH! I'll also post last years pics. The thing that bugs me most is the fact that you can't tell from last years pics to this years that I'm prolly a good 15 pounds lighter now! arggh!
Of course I'm still wearing my old baggy zoots. I really need a pair that fits! Like I said before, Lycra shorts aren't suppose to sag in the arse area!
