    Well, I solved this problem by having 2 helmets. Both are very well ventilated, but I cannot wear my skullcap when it's hot. I just waited until one went on sale and bought the second one.

    I use the Halo headband and I like it alot. When I take it off it is like opening a dam, the sweat pours off. It definitely keeps the sweat out of my eyes and keeps my helmet a little drier. The only thing thats a little wierd is the line band mark it leaves on my forehead. It takes a while for it to go away.

    sweat gutter....

    Well I got the gutter thing too, and like invsblwmn, it felt too much like a rubber band around my head. Just not comfortable. I did go to a discount site, and bought a stretchy cotton terrycloth headband for just under $4, and it works just fine. Keeps the sweat out of my eyes and the helmet pads dry. Thanks for all the input though. What a great community here!
