The week before my race on 5/20, I spent one whole workout just practicing transition. Went out the lake, did the swim, got out, wiggle, wiggle, out of the wetsuit, set up my area, got on my bike, followed Wahine's suggestions, rode for 10 mins, got off ran. Did that two or three times. Did a world of good.

Now this will make you laugh. After the first round, I tried to dry off and put my wetsuit back on. Hilarious....just picture that wiggle.
