I'd be happy to wear a team jersey if I was actually on a team. Otherwise, they're not for me. Most of my jerseys fall into the category of those that you're tired off, li10up. I'm kind of tired of them too, but I prefer them over something that's wild and crazy or really "girly" (for instance, I'm not really into the Sheila Moon floral stuff). I wish there were more jerseys with interesting prints that weren't too over-the-top.

I bought a couple of Terry "Euro" sleeveless jerseys recently that I get tons of compliments on. If you like sleeveless, you'll find them to be very figure flattering. They're also great on hot days.

Speaking of jerseys, I just saw an Assos jersey for men featured in Bicycling Magazine that costs $230! Yikes!

Mimosa, I like your team jersey a lot! Very cool.

Mimosa, I LOVE the idea of a non US team jersey. I like the one in the pic. I like your team jersey too.

Indy, I just ordered two jerseys from Terry. One sleeveless and the white/black/yellow with the shallow v-neck. I like the colors but it is a bit binding even though it is my size.

Mini, I am a hill slug but that's still kind of a cartoon jersey - funny but not my style.

Jenn, I like that one too.

I used to feel the same way - then somewhere around turning forty I said "screw it"

it's amazing how much easier life gets when you get to that point

I only wear sleeveless (mostly Terry) now (unless it's cold of course) because I hate the farmer/golfer's tan that short sleeves leave me with. Right now I'm eyeing the orange Cannondale Y Not jersey on sale at REI.

Girl, life's too short, I say bare those arms!!

    The dutch teams that sell

    VVHP

The other team stopped selling, I think because they changed jerseys for this year.

I liked it and wanted to buy it. Showed it to my house mate who promptly shot it down. I like some of the designs from Primal wear. My current fav is the dragon fly on the bike.

Another one is from a ride El Canejo ride. (the jack rabbit). On the front is the wild rabbit riding toward you. And on the back is the same bunny riding away from you. And why is it that the writing is on the inside of the pocket and not on the outside. Had a cute saying "Eat my Cotton tail" but you can't see it. grr!!!

Yep I love the fact that I never see anybody in my jersey. Its as close as I will get to being a speedy racer.

After my Amici Veloci jersey this is my favourite:

    My DH has that jersey!!!
He never wore it until recently. He put it on for a shop ride and he got TONS of comments on it (all favorable). So now, the jersey is in regular rotation!

Trekhawk, that Anaerobia jersey is very slick.

I also love my AV jersey. In fact, on my last club ride, I got a compliment on it from the guy leading the ride. He said "you win the prize for best jersey." I do think it's very striking with the red and green.

Mostly I try to wear my Velo Bella jersey, just to get it out there so people see it and maybe think about joining our team. Interestingly, I get more waves from other cyclists when I'm wearing my Velo Bella jersey. I think local clubs tend to acknowledge each other more than they do other random riders. Just my crazy theory.

Voler (Velo Wear) has some good jerseys for women, and they're cut very nicely, too. They seem to change their styles a lot, and have good sales, so it pays to check the site periodically.
