I am back to 139lbs, maybe it will stay below now and keep creeping down I hope
Had a pretty good exercise week I think
monday rowed 10,000m
tuesday ran 8km
wednes rowed 10,000km
thursday speedwork, 3x 1 mile repeats
Saturday 1 hr run

Is today Kelownagirl's wedding? I hope everyone is finding ways to meet their goals- this week I just tried to watch what I was eating, fewer empty calories and drinking more water/herbal tea- my latest favorite is rooboos red
