Congratulations! You go girl! And an hour is a long time to spin. I am usually only good for about 45 minutes on the trainer. I bet time passes faster in a class, but I've never taken one.
As for Advair, I am on the lowest dose and never feel a bit jittery. I do get the jitters on rescue inhalers, though, so the Advair helps me to avoid using those. I even take Advair before bed at night and have no problems falling to sleep. But everyone is different, for sure.
