My sweet new Cervelo! (In case you don't hit the tri forum.)

Well, I FINALLY get to post one of these... "Look at my new bike"... threads!

This is my Cervelo One. I can't decide what to name her. I thought of "Yellow Jacket". But that sounds kind of *mean*, and I'm not a hammer-head rider.

Hhhhuuummmm?

Oh well, I took her for her first 13 miles today. I got in aero maybe for a total of .50 miles of that! It was scary. Tri bikes are so much lighter on the front and it's hard to stay straight in aero position. I am sure I will get use to it over time.

Otherwise, she felt FAST! I can't wait till I have the confidence to rider her like she's stolen .

My next goal... to get a new road bike to replace my Trek 1000. HA!

Finally... my Dad bought my pedals... my Mom bought my saddle, and my boyfriend bought:

* A wireless bike computer
* A tool bag with all the goodies needed to change a flat
* New bar tape (the red was horrible looking)
* A water bottle cage
* A new seat post
* The fitting!

As you can see, my dear sweet boyfriend was very generous. I have all I could of dreamed of for Christmas!
