Great to read all your stories about sunshine and short sleeves - I've probably got to wait a few more weeks for that, but I'm down to a long sleeve jersey, and three-quater length tights so we're getting there.

We seem to have had a very windy winter here and this weekend was the first ride I've done for ages when it wasn't blowing a gale. It was great!! So nice not to have the wind battering my helmet. This is the time of year I get most impatient - I've stuck it out througt the winter we're nearly there. Daylight saving also kicked in at the weekend so HURRAH! - spring's on it's way.

I got in a 20 mile ride on Sunday, in beautiful weather. I had to laugh though. On Sunday morning, the pastor of our church was reminding everyone of the time change to Daylight Savings Time so everyone would make it to church on time next Sunday. All I could think of was, evening ride time! Yippee yahoo!! I hate to be hot, so I am lovin' these spring days.
