Thanks for the compliments on my kitties! Sweet sweet girls.

Cecily is fluffier and chubbier than her sister Ophelia.

    Love the videos!

Haha, you HAVE to just love Quakers! I have a little girl...Olive (not because of their color, but when we first got her we didn't know if she was a girl or a boy and named her Oliver).

Can bunnies be...housebroken? I had some friend who had a lovely bunny that they loved, but it was so far from NOT being housebroken that I was rather shocked. Especially with a baby in the house...I've noted this over the years with a few other friends who had house bunnies. Perhaps the owners just didn't know how to do it?

    Kaluha and Muffin are beautiful!

Cute bird, though I hope he doesn't bite TOO hard

I am really not a dog person, but there is just something about a Corgi or hound that just makes me smile!

Corgi! What a cutie! I have two pembroke corgies, Cephiro, the red and white, and Eva, the tri-color.

While looking for a good pic, I realized that they're sleeping in most of my pictures of them, otherwise all the camera catches is a blur of fur.

I hope the picture upload works, this is the first time I've tried it!

Bunnies can be litterbox trained. Generally, they prefer to do their business in one area - and a wise owner will key in on that and have a litterbox there - and even more boxes, depending on the amount of roaming room the buns have in the house. But, that doesn't mean they don't kick things out when they hop out of their box and scatter things around. Some buns (and owners) are better trained than others.

FWIW, my kittens track litter all over the place, so in that regards, they are not completely dissimilar.

    Talking Ice

This is my girl, Ice. She'll be 3 on Sept 8.

Adopted April 2010 while I was living in Oakland CA, she accompanied me on my move to Texas this past April.

    She's a honey!

It wasnt tracking litter....they wouldn't use a litter box at all.

They can indeed be litter trained

However, Kaluha now has a tumor and it is affecting his ability to control bodily function. Muffin, however, is always spot on with the litter. (Also, neutered/spayed rabbits are much better with their litter habits, as is the case with all animals).

They definitely snuggle, but the degree of affection varies with each rabbit. Some will jump up onto your lap, some expect you to come to them.

7rider: I like to tell people that my rabbits behave as cats - it's a matter of training.

And Ice looks beautiful! I have a preference for black fur, apparently

Yes, I can imagine. That's a function of training - if...as Caddy noted, the animal is spayed/neutered and has no other ailments (my guy developed an adrenal issue as he got older that caused him to spray as an un-neutered male might).

The owners must be trained as well as the animal. Encourage them to check out the House Rabbit Society for tips.

My guys were not snugglers, but loved it if you sat on the floor beside them. Very civilized.

    the new addition, Chloe!

Hi, I'm Chloe and I'm 4 months old. Had a bit of a rough start in life, but my 3 brothers and I were found, and taken to a shelter. We were taken care of, got "fixed". What is fixed? I'm not broken. From there we went to Prison! Actually that was a good thing, part of the Pets for Prisons program, where we were fostered, learned to trust humans. I had a nice foster mom who explained about things, including that I won't be having kittens.

Now I'm in my forever home, with a big sister, Calypso. Big Sis rubs it in that I'm adopted, but I think we'll be friends. She does have lots of toys to play with.

I help my new mom on the computer.
