    January/February weight loss challenge

I'll be setting up another chart. Anyone interested in joining us for the new year, just post here and let me know. I'll add you in to the chart and post a link to it by the end of the week.

Weigh in on Friday 1 January 2010 (or soon thereafter, in case getting on a scale is not your idea of a good new year tradition) and post it here along with your goal for the end of February. I'll add you on in to the chart!

Here's to a successful 2010 for one and all!

Me. I'm getting closer to being under the 190 mark.
Although, I'll be at WDW for two weeks in January . . . anyone think I can manage weight loss while I'm there?????

    My Goal is 187
    I think I can, I think I can, I think I can . . .

Ok...I think I am back in.
Not successful the last few times OR by taking these couple months off. But I need to be accountable and NOT stepping on the scale sure has not worked.
    So, yes, count me in.
Goal? Well since I don't know how much I weigh right now maybe I should wait til I get a starting weight and then figure out what is possible in 8 weeks. I suspect I'll wager a 5 to 6 pound loss. That is what I SHOULD shoot for.

Woohoo! Back in the game (ok, maybe I should not think of this a game--maybe that is my problem, huh?)

That's definitely the best way to go. Once folks weigh in on Friday (or whichever day works best for you) then also figure out what your goal weight will be for 26 February.

I'd be damned if I don't attain the 149lbs this time around! It has been my goal for like 8 monhts now and I am crawling there, but very VERY VERY slowly.

Thanks Possegal for keeping the chart as usual!

Sure, sure. I give up, I'll join in. Went to the Dr's today because of *&^ lingering cold. 176. I'd like to be 140. This is the year.

I'd settle for dropping 2 jeans sizes as it tends to be tough for me to drop pounds but easy to tone up?

although I had agreed to go for it- I am recovering from broken ribs and a dislocated collar bone (thnk you Mr. driver of a pickup pulling a trailer with yard tools in it) and am not getting in my regular exercise andnot eating much but cruising on drugs so I am withdrawing from the challennge. Maybe aanother time.
