Did a brisk 2-3 mile hike, followed by about 20 minutes of stretching at home. I was freezing during almost the whole hike, not sure why, as it's 30 degrees and I was dressed correctly. Felt good to get outside, after a day of flying yesterday.
Hopefully, I'll get to boot camp tomorrow. We are on the edge of the storm coming through, and it's supposed to end just about the time I get up.

So for me it didn't seem that hard in comparison - just goes to show what kind of conditioning work I've been doing in recent months.
