    I passed my Nov-Dec goal - 120.8 this morning :-)

Although 120 was my original goal for the year, I have decided to to aim for something a little lower going in to the new year, since it's going so well, and will stick with the next challenge.

Thanks again Possegal for setting this up, and to everyone who is brave enough to keep posting publicly. It's been a life-long journey for me and almost always a challenge - I wish you all good success in getting through the holiday temptations and being successful in getting to your goals.

    Sharon

And that's the last time I'll be near a scale for the rest of December. And that's likely a good thing.
This effort was a success and a failure.
A success: I managed weight during the brutal holiday-heavy months. Quite honestly, bouncing around within a 5 pound range is pretty normal. I'm not going to sweat or fret over a plus or minus 2-3 pound range. I've been doing this for about 6 years now.
A failure: Well - the goal is to have a net negative trend....and THAT certainly didn't happen. I suppose I could have tried harder. << shrug>>

182.4 this morning. I don't expect to be weighing in next weekend. but am looking forward to getting it in gear beginning January. I have got to get back to the gym on a regular basis. Between a new work schedule, family and holiday committments it is hard to make the time for me.
