That's after a 21-mile ride this morning through Graham Swamp on the Lehigh Trail and through the nearby neighborhood my mother lives in. I'm so glad I brought my bike with me to Florida.

No weigh-in this weekend because I haven't made it to the gym. Hopefully all the coughing and snotting will have burned a calorie or two...
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
OMG! I'm up a pound--145 this week
I'm just hoping that it is fluid retention from all the recent plane travel (and I have yet another long trip next week--at least it's vacation)

Possegal,
Please put me at 128.5 for last Friday.
My mom was in town all last week. She's on WW too (down 18 pounds in 10 weeks. Go Mom!), so we ate very few restaurant meals. We carried healthy sandwiches, salads and fruit on all of our day trips. So, we ate better, and spent less, to boot! (There *was* a yummy berry/nectarine cobbler that Jeff made from a Cooking Light recipe, but we won't talk about that...)
However, if I'm ever going to make my 125 goal (instead of bopping about between 127 & 130), I need to really buckle down and eat in reducing mode again, instead of in maintenance mode. But, I confess that after all those months of reducing (and the associated "deprivation"), I really *like* maintenance mode.
But if it's ever going to come off, it's going to have to be via calorie control. I get plenty of exercise already! (107 miles yesterday with 7000+ feet of climbing).

Coughing and snotting FTW. Almost no exercise in the last two weeks, yet down to 65.3kg.

134 today. Happy the number is lower, but I won't be convinced of real weight loss until I'm down a few more.

Forgot to weigh in today.
Yesterday's weight had me up a bit.
So I'll try to remember to weigh and post this weekend.
As usual the scale is not moving much at all!

I weighed in at 145.

While it's really fun to type that number, I'm fairly certain I'm just dehydrated. I did my first 11 mile run yesterday morning and I'm behind the curve on re-hydrating. I've only seen that number one other time on my scale, 6-7 weeks ago, and I think I was dehydrated then too.
Hopefully I can lose it "for real" on next week's bicycling vacation. Discipline at the rest stops will be my challenge. OBR has some of the best rest stops of any organized ride I've ever done, and it's really easy to overindulge on all the goodies they put out for the riders.
