That's funny! For some reason I take it for granted that everyone knows her personally. Karma runs 37mph, and will chase anything within a 5 mile radius. She's happy, easy going, and dumb as a rock, and I love her madly. The only time I have an issue with her is when the alarm goes off at 5:15 am for her walk, and for a minute I wish she were a cat so I can sleep in. Attempts to teach her to meow have so far failed...

Every time I see this title for this thread I think it reads "show us your PESTS"
I get a good laugh then because I have a few PESTS. 2 cats and a dog, and soon a guinea pig. I suppose they are PESTS because they have so much personality.

Beautiful furbabies everyone. I am really warming up to the cats, lol.

Rusty is still doing well with everything but the marking I just don't get it. He's neutered and potty trained and the little stinker will mark my furniture when I turn around! He does it about once a week - ugh.

Off to walk to school with the boys and pick up my son!

mtbdarby- you can try taking a damp washcloth to his face (cheeks where they like to rub things) then go rub that on the spots he's marking so they already smell like him. I can't remember how frequently you have to do it- every couple days or everyday til he really gets that there's no need to mark. I think I saw it on the British show Barking Mad that's on Animal Planet and maybe a few other similar shows

    the newest troublemaker

We lost our Gus back in December. He was my husband's heartdog and obedience partner and they were quite a thrill to watch in performance, as M is 6'3" and Gussie was 7lbs.

But the Universe has her eye on us for openings....and within 3 months had a plan. I was talking to a breeder friend who had a puppy she didn;t quite know what to do with and as we've seemed to have a kind of magical rapport with her more sensitive dogs...she asked if we wanted to bring her home for a few days and see what we could do....and maybe keep her. The problem was that she was just shut down and unresponsive....

well. here she is. Emma. She is my new agility/obedience friend and next week we make our debut in the breed ring (shetland sheepdog)....SHe is the most active, nosiest, in the way PITA we've ever had and I'm just NUTS about her!!!

    Elk,
I hope you come up to our (CBDTC, Kennewick, WA) agility trial next spring. We'll have to get together and compare agility dogs!

Awwww, Lisa, she is beautiful! She looks so content already in your home.

P.S. I am very sorry about your loss of two kitties in such a short span of time. I've been away from TE for awhile (just too darn busy), so I missed your posts about them. My sympathies....
