    Hi All,

I'm new to TE and this is my first post. Actually, it is my first post because I don't have a bike yet. However, I do have a dog and because I am so crazy about her, I love to share her picture. She is a mixed breed and we recently had her DNA tested to see what breeds she has in her. According to the results, she is a mix between German Shorthaired Pointer, Beagle, Rhodesian Ridgeback, & Dachshund. To us she looks like a Sheltie/Beagle mix (a Sheagle or Bealtie).

I can't wait to get my new bike. I've had lots of questions and most have already been addressed. Once I get it, I will post more. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better.

Dachsund! That's quite the mix. Where's the long hair come from, I wonder? Look at those ears!...She is really beautiful!

7rider, you are right, her name is Trixie. I can't believe I didn't mention her name in my post.

I know, what a strange mix. I really wonder where the ears come from too. I guess, she would need to have the long haired dachshund to get that long hair.

    Thanks for the nice compliments.

My dog has ears somewhat like that--silky, although he's mostly border collie. Trixie is beautiful!

    And after "Yuki", comes "Suki".
