Thanks! I'm going to take some measurments tonight and for the next month incorporate some strength training for my legs (squats, lunges, leg press, etc.). At the end of the August I'm going to take my measurments again...let's hope I see some results.

I'm currently eating healthier and losing weight, I guess it's just a matter of patience with these big ol' thighs.

Anyone jump rope? My bf says that will help...I'm thinking about it but I HATE it!
