You need 400-800 mg of sodium (not sodium chloride) per hour in warm-hot weather.

Regular Gatorade has 110 mg in 8oz.

Endurance Gatorade has 200 mg in 8oz.

Endurolytes have 40 mg of sodium as sodium chloride.

Succeed S-Caps have 867 mg of sodium as sodium chloride.

I live in Florida. My average summer temps are 85-95, getting up on bad days over 100 (but not over 105). I take 1 Succeed in the morning, per hour, and switch to 2 per hour, with a timer set on my watch to make sure I don't get behind, starting either when I am sweating like crazy, or when the temp is about 85, or about 11AM, and continue at 2/hour till it cools off a lot about 6PM. I have never had cramps.
