I rocked yesterday (its only 8am here and i haven't had a chance to rock today) because although I came third in my race, I did knock time off my ride... last time my average on this course was 26.05kph, yesterday it was 29.45kph... considering how much I dislike the little hills in this short course, I was well chuffed
