Of course you will get better!!! Did you talk to the doctor about how fast you can start running again? Maybe you should have waited a little bit more. If the pain is so bad, make another appt with doc, ask him/her if there is a permanent solution to this problem instead of keep coming back. We all have bad days, you are not alone. Get home, watch some movie with some chocolate and you will feel better.
P.S. not sure if icing it would help or maybe some advil?

JK of course! Sorry to hear about the reinjury but I second the advise to go back to the PT that helped you out before. Can you get in before the weekend? Take 'er easy this weekend and let us know how you're feeling come next week.
