For my horridly bright commuting wear, I purchased a few shirts from www.alertshirts.com. You will be seen. They have one that looks like a t-shirt but it's made of wicking material. They are about $8 each, and that can't be beat. They also come in big sizes (AND they run long) because they are made for big road improvement worker guys, not cyclists.
