Hello, and thanks! I do not have a riding partner. I work 3rds, so I do my riding when I get off work, when most of the rest of the world is working. My brother in law keeps trying to get me to take a ride with his bike group (mixed gender), but it is in the evenings and that is my nap time. I may this spring, after I drop my 2nd job. I actually love yoga, although I must admit, that I do have a tendency to grip at the people on the dvd, as there is no way my body can bend like hers! lol But, it helps me to stretch out and not be so sore the next day. Thanks for all the great words of encouragement! I wasn't expecting them and they are a nice surprise. Now, it is off to bed for me! Jazz
