The last day I ran was Monday. My tubes came in Wednesday (have you noticed I didn't whine this time), but I've felt so lousy all week that I haven't felt like doing anything. Bad belly and sore throat! And - I leave for Canada on Monday! I'm putting the tube in this afternoon and riding tomorrow morning. Can't ride today - supposed to hit near 100F.![]()
I think my freezer alarm is going off...crud.
Edit: nope - just an old fume hood. 10 people on that side of the building and no-one checks it. I am the farthest away and I am the one who checks it, turns off the alarm, and reports the malfunction. Go figure. SK - have any spare darts?

Burning some pounds would sure make Death Ride more fun next year.... But I also know I tend to get injured while running (IT band stuff) so I am trying to get into it slowly. It's more a run/walk anway. I HATE running downhill, especially on trails. So I try to run up and walk down.
