    Welcome to the forums!
    I have an OCR3 myself and it's getting lots o' use!
    Yoga's a great thing as well....I always feel as if I've just gotten a nice massage after a good yoga session!

    Thanks for the warm welcome. I always feel like a dweeb trying to introduce myself. I just got my bike out of the shop today, just a tune up, and I got a new mini pump and a under the seat pack, so I am psyched to get back out. But, I work nights, so it my bed time.     Smile New to the forum

    Hi Everyone,
    I am also brand new to this forum. I have been reading the postings for sometime and finally decided to try it out. I'm not a newbie to riding but I am to joining forum's. I have been riding for about 3 years. I ride a Trek 5200 and love it. This is a great forum with lots of support and wonderful stories.

    I appreciate the hello and welcome. I love reading al the posting. I am probably spending too much time reading but it really is fun to see where everyone is from. I would love to visit Alaska. I'll bet the rding is amazing with the scenery. Idaho has a lot a great places too.

    it is beautiful up here. i love it. nice not being in the city either. idaho is beautiful. will never forgit the drive up to idaho city. so pretty!

    Welcome! I too am a relative newby. I have learned so much from this forum, it is great. Congrats on the weight loss, keep at it! You will be making that commute in no time!
